Jack is a partner of Orum Stair, LLC | REALTORS®. He has been in business for himself for over 30 years and his extensive background includes the ownership and management of numerous retail businesses within the Central Ohio community. Jack began his real estate career as an associate with King Thompson, REALTORS® in 1997. Following King Thompson’s merging with Coldwell Banker in 2002 he was recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the Columbus and Central Ohio market, and among the top Coldwell Banker agents nationally.

In 2003 Jack and his business partner Brad Stair started Orum Stair, REALTORS®. In the same year, Orum Stair was awarded a government contract to serve the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a listing broker selling HUD homes in 25 of 88 counties. As the largest HUD listing broker in the state of Ohio, Jack ranked among the top 10 listing agents in the Central Ohio MLS. In 2005 the company began to grew through a number of acquisitions and mergers and continually ranked as one of the top 10 real estate brokerages in Central Ohio.  In February 2011, Jack and Brad sold the company and joined it with that of another successful company with multiple offices based out of Cincinnati.

After selling the company, Jack and Brad left and formed Orum Stair, LLC. Today Orum Stair is focused on providing select clients full service buyer and seller representation, specialized investment and commercial sales to investors, but primarily providing management and marketing services as a government contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development selling government and bank owned properties.

Jack graduated from The Ohio State University, College of Agriculture. He is a current board member of the Franklin County Farm Bureau, Southeastern Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and a past board member of a major Central Ohio financial institution. Jack and his family are lifelong residents of the Southeast Groveport and Canal Winchester communities.
